01 General Terms of Use

02 Registration & Account Management

To access the full range of w2win services including deposits, betting, and withdrawals, you must register a valid account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at w2win. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected will be suspended and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.

All documents are processed within two to four business days. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC has been successfully completed.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

W2win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant regulatory authority. Account termination decisions are final in cases of proven fraud.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or any unused bonuses will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be returned to the original payment method within seven business days.

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

W2win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time.
